Team receive boost to funds from local golf club.
Each year the incoming Lady Captain at Mid Sussex Golf Club nominates a charity for the year. For the past 12 months, the Ladies have been raising funds for our charity. Today our Fundraising and Training officers we were honoured to receive a cheque for £3,200.00 for the team. These funds will go towards purchasing equipment to set up a water bank search team, to enhance our capability in the search for vulnerable missing persons. A huge “THANK YOU” goes out from the team.
We would also like to thank Andrew Morrison, the Lady Captains son, Who raised a further £1,230.00 by running the 50km Maverick Frontier South Downs Ultra Marathon back in November.
