Covid 19 PPE Deliveries
As part of the Sussex Community Resilience Forum the team offered to assist once the severity of the Covid crisis became apparent. Team members have been involved in transporting PPE, along with other essential items, throughout the Brighton and Hove and Mid Sussex areas. We have also delivered laptops within the Brighton and Hove area to help disadvantaged pupils study whilst the schools are closed.
Update (September 2020)
We have now ceased this operation, however the figures speak for themselves;
537 manhours, 9979 miles driven, 1727,315 items of ppe delivered.
All voluntary work. A massive thank you to all concerned.
